Courses
Practical Course on Molecular Cell Biology
By the use of immunolocalization experiments, specific proteins at the cellular level can be detected and their intracellular distribution pattern can be explained in detail. In this practical part, immunofluorescence microscopy techniques are learned and applied and various intracellular structures are visualized and understood.
